Very good communicators; excellent follow up. Highly recommend. Ed and his team have been great to work with, and I would highly recommend them. They always called me back, replied to my emails, and requests immediately. I never had to follow up with them, which was a very welcomed surprise. They made special arrangements for us to view the property, we eventually purchased. They had the contract ready at the viewing for me to take home and read immediately. I asked for additional information, such as a rental appraisal, pest report, building report, etc, and was sent them promptly. When I needed to make arrangements for my builder to inspect the property, they arranged it quickly and effortlessly for me.
