        Matt is an exceptional trainer with a wealth of experience and knowledge. I always feel a sense of accomplishment after his classes. Theres a plan and a purpose that doesnt just revolve around fitness and jumping around but training for life and longevity minus any fear of injury. I look forward to the ice bath at the end of each session as it helps with overall recovery and gives me a buzz that sees me through until my next session.
