        Meeting Jethro has been absolutely life changing. I came to Retrain Health with severe periodic lower back pain. It got to the point where I was considering surgical intervention. During my first appointment with Jethro he explained so many things about pain and discussed my personal situation and how it was effecting my physical state. It was eye opening. He is a gifted specialist and a beautiful human being. I felt heard and understood. Moreover, he helped me overcome my fear of pain and the exercises he recommended are great for keeping my back in check. I havent had any episodes of sever pain since my appointments with Jethro, but most importantly, I have no fear of back pain now and I understand where it originates from and how to manage it. Im very grateful to him and cant recommend him high enough. Thank you
