Needles in the toilets. Grubby people. Manager has small man syndrome. Stay if you want a std or loose your kids. Manager never gives receipts and pocket cash on owners. Please use your card and get a receipt or it's in the managers pocket and he will then argue you haven't paid. BEWARE!!!!!

This campsite is located very close to the beach (15 min walking) and the center of Byron Bay (5 min by car) which makes it perfect for walking around. It offers a lot of space to put your tent, shared kitchen, and hot shower. The bathrooms need cleaning and an upgrade, and so do the kitchen. The staff was very friendly and is full of friendly backpackers sleeping there, we spent 2 nights and we had no problems. The price was ok comparing with other sites in Byron bay.

Pretty basic, shower and bathroom clean, and place was also so quiet, theres a kitchen to share, for the price is very good! People were so friendly!
