Sorry for the bad review, but I want people to be aware that if anything goes wrong you are on your own. We travelled to Manila from Tokyo but the connecting flight to Sydney was cancelled. TripAdeal advised us of this about 3 days before coming home. We were offered a flight the next day. However there was no help from the company. No suggestions what to do, we didnt know if our luggage came off or stayed on the flights. What time we had to be back at the airport or any advice whatsoever. This is very poor. Whilst TripAdeal cannot control flight cancellations surely they have a duty of care for their clients. Very scary in Manila in the middle of the night by yourself. Lots on our tour were very unhappy.

Never again....I have used TripADeal twice before and never had a problem. This time my partner had organised this Vietnam and Cambodia trip for my 40th birthday. Only to find out a couple weeks ago I'm pregnant with our first child. After visiting 2 doctors and a specialist who all advised I should not travel due to very early pregnancy and travelling to an Asian country as it is not safe. I reached out to Trip a Deal twice and my partner once. My partner actually spoke to someone in the Philippines who told him they did not have a manager. I atleast got to speak to someone in Australia. TripADeal will not let us change my ticket to someone elses name. (Even when we were happy to pay for the change) would not give us our money back, credit note, nothing. Apparently according to TripADeal "pregnancy" is not a reason to not be able to go, even though I have sent through a letter from a medical practitioner advising me not to fly. We will now lose $7,000. This has caused us major stress when it should be a very happy time. Definitely would not recommend TripADeal to anyone and we will never use them again.

Im reading all these negative reviews and want to say we have just returned from an 18 day trip to Greece Cyprus Turkey Israel including a 7 night gut cruise. We could not fault tripadeal. They clearly state no refunds are given, you will not receive flight details until 6 weeks prior. We had no problem upgrading with airline involved directly. We found tripadeal staff responsive to emails and questions we had. Only one nights accommodation was sub par. We did not however get the advertised hotels at all so that is misleading. One was in fact better than he advertised one. Having local guides join our coach tour at points of interest was an exceptional added bonus. We always travel independently and were somewhat nervous of being organised by someone else but this was a truely seemless way to travel. Adding on additional time was possible and relatively easy. We will definitely use tripadeal again. The deals are value for money no question
