Charlie helped us pick out the perfect flip flop/thong for each of us and was super helpful in giving info about my partners need for arch support. Was really genuine in assisting us and we felt no pressure to buy. Highly recommend.

Definitely recommend asking Charlie questions as you browsethe man knows how to find you a sole mate. We were only in for the weekend and he identified the issues and solutions for my flat feet in no time at all! Grateful to have met him. We left with three new pairs between the two of us and I have a whole new spring in my step. Thank you :)

I purchased a pair of sandals online on July 26 with shipping to the USA. I received an order confirmation. I have sent two e-mails to the store enquiring about their order processing and delivery time which go unanswered. I will most definitely not order from them in the future. Abysmal customer service!! Buyer beware

The shop assistant was extremely helpful and informative. I cant fault his service. He went above and beyond for me. I have difficultly finding the right shoe and he lead me right to them

Purchased some shoes online in January. Received the shoes in not so new condition. Looked like they had been worn quite a few times with dirty soles. Contacted them via email with no reply and also phoned a few times and could not get through and i did not receive a return call. Spent $170 on the shoes so I was very disappointed by this! I would not recommend buying online from footwear focus! I thought I'd write a review so I could warn other buyers of their ghosting behaviour and poor customer service.
