I have been attending Sophies breathwork sessions for approx. 1 year + and i cannot even begin describe how valuable it has been to my mental, physical and spiritual health. Sophie takes you on a journey using all 5 senses. You will experience such safety that once you immerse yourself in the experience, you will also gain tranquility. Whether you're a beginner or expert at breathwork, you should 100% attend her session at least once! You will not regret it. The great thing about Sophie is that shes real, shes passionate and she offers the sessions at affordable rates so anyone can attend. You know shes genuine. Honestly, Sophie is kind and caring and you naturally feel safe around her. I cannot get enough of her breathwork style and once you try.. neither will you!

After the first session I was hooked! Ive been going to Sophie for a few months now and every week I have the most incredible experience! Every session is different but as magical as the previous one. Whether its amazing body sensations or visualisations. I feel very peaceful and relaxed after each session and that feeling stays with me. Everyone that attends is really friendly too and we all have a cup of tea afterwards, sharing our experience. Its a great little community, a very safe and comforting space. Sophie is lovely and the sound healing is just next level. Id highly recommend!
