        I am podiatrist over in Perth. Thank you DBS medical supplies for your great customer service over the years, especially with purchasing expensive equipment like podiatry chairs. I recently dealt with Shem and he was very patient and persistent in fixing my problem with my Podiatry chair. I have also had other times when dealing with items under warranty and they have always been professional and great to deal with. Thanks DBS, especially you Shem!! 23/2/21 Again lost a part on my drill and DBS came to the rescue. Rang Monday and received it on Tuesday even though I am in Perth. Fantastic service. Thanks heaps Brent

        Good service initially. Then delivered orders to my old address even when advised on several occasions of new address. Last straw was error in last order took too long to resolve with too many staff.
