        The receptionist on the phone was very friendly and helpful but unfortunately the positives stop there. I left my appointment feeling disheartened, unheard and with no solution. The doctor appeared incredibly arrogant and gave me what could only be described as negligent advice. Will not be returning.

        They call me two weeks ago to do a following and set an appointment for today. I called the day of the appointment the lady said they cannot see my appointment scheduled when I really needed and she werent able to make space for it. I understand if she cannot do space for it, but her attitude of not helping was a bit frustrating.
