Poor Poor customer service. I cannot recommend this store to anymore so if you value ongoing customer service and after sales service, shop elsewhere. They do not understand the law either and how warranties work. Telling me that they are not going to exchange 2 faulty products for me just because it is X number of years old even though it is still inside the warranty window. I think they need to learn the concept of merchantable quality and how it applies to warranties. Plus they will never call back to try work out your issues to your satisfaction.

I ordered a Tatami Mat. It was shipped out the next day and arrived within 3 business days which is incredibly quick to my house. Item was well packed and fragile displayed. I will happily purchase from you guys again. Tyvm.
