I cannot speak more highly of NatureScapes Byron Bay. It is extraordinary to receive such customer service these days. In the past, I have found some tradespeople have trouble coming on time and always have excuses. But NatureScapes go over and above to both arrive and finish on time. When I presented problems, they were quick to find solutions and, in fact, went over and above my expectations. Damian, in particular, was outstanding. From the beginning to the end of this process, Damian looked after me and was always available to answer any questions. Even weeks after the project's end date, the team has popped in to water the new garden and make sure everything is in order. Incredible customer service and an outstanding job. Thank you, guys!
