THE STONERY

After purchasing a few much loved the Stonery pieces through shops and markets a few years ago, I was extremely disappointed when in June 2022 I ordered something online to gift a friend for their birthday (purchased 3 weeks in advance) and not only has it never arrived, I have received no communication from Timmo via any channel - email, Insta, Etsy, you name it. I have been respectful and to the point in my communication, each message has been seen but zero replied to. I had been a big fan of the Stonery in the past, but after this experience I am feeling bitterly disappointed.

Probably one of the worst online buying experiences Ive had. After waiting patiently for many weeks to have my item shipped, this seller did not respond to multiple contact attempts via multiple channels. I was fortunate enough to have a fraud/disputed transaction case decided in my favour. This is my personal and factual experience and I would encourage others who have a similar experience to follow up as I have. Edit 08/09/22: Owner has responded to me and others in reviews advising he was overseas and store was closed. This is extremely doubtful as no notice was placed on the store, orders were being accepted and the seller was active on social media the whole time spruiking his store. I will also not provide him my details as he clearly knows who I am.

Very bad online experience. The jewellery is rubbish. The packaging is a joke . Terrible customer service.I would not recommend this company at all very unprofessional. So disappointed. Turns me off buying local.

I put an order through on the 8th Feb 2022 and paid for Express Post. I followed up on the order by chat, email and phone multiple times over the past 5 weeks but have received no response. The chat is a bot only, the phone number appears to be disconnected or the voicemail is full. Starting to think this is a scam website. ______________________________________ 25/04/22 Hello, I just saw your reply to my review. If you check your emails you will see several from me with the order number asking about my order. There was no disclaimer on your website when I put my original order through. The floods had not yet happened at that stage. My order number was 1784.

I love my divine pieces from The Stonery! These will be very special treasures I hold on to for all of my years ahead. Craftsmanship and quality is stunning and the little studio is otherworldly. Perfect experience shopping with you guys! Bless!
