Not great to be honest. We stayed in the "Huey" caravan, and when we arrived during the day, and it seemed to be fine, however the more we explored our caravan, the more it became apparent it was in rather average condition. The two front windows were broken, and when I tried to open the one on the left, it completely fell out. Not all the windows had blinds and most of the ones that did were broken. It was advertised as having a tv and DVD player. It in fact had 2, hidden in different cupboards, not plugged in, and we had to search in a different drawer to find what we assumed were the chords to plug them in, but since there wasn't a clear place to mount them or apparent way to do so, we just gave up. There was a nice looking stovetop which had a sticker saying "not in use" and a tap that dripped all through the night. The hatch that covered the screen on the door had no way to lock it, and kept swinging open outwards, leaving anyone to be able to see in, we ended up having to use a pair of tongs to hold it shut. The bed was uncomfortable, but that might have just been a side affect of being a bed in a caravan. The conditions of the toilets left a lot to be desired, with only one out of the 3 stalls in the ladies having both toilet paper and a good lock

This was my first experience staying in a caravan. I rented the "Huey" caravan. I really wanted to enjoy the experience, but was a little turned off by the lack of respect of the caravan from previous tenants. The renovations were obviously done some time ago, and numerous occupants have not cared about the property. The mesh screens have seen better days as they were peeling off the windows. This increased my fear of bugs attacking me at night time and we had to buy bug spray. There were ants everywhere. I know the site owners can't help this, they did leave any bait in the cupboard for occupants to use. We cleaned them up, but by the next morning they had started to make their way back inside. The aluminum blinds are all damaged. Especially the one by the bed. It was hanging by a thread. The bed sheets had a little bit of debris near the bottom which I am hoping is just from the wall chipping off when the bed was made. There was only a large singular pillow, which makes sleeping with 2 people rather difficult to share. The bed was actually extremely comfortable, especially with the fan on during the night. We had a portable stove and water to our caravan which made cooking and cleaning up pleasant. However, I expected that there might be a communal kitchen on site, but there wasn't. The hose to the caravan was leaking a lot too. Might need a new washer. There were a few strings of fairy lights around the caravan, but all of them had flat batteries. The ladies toilet was tidy, but the men's was a mess. There was puke on the footpath in the morning. Again I understand that the camp ground is not responsible for other campers behavior, but keep this in mind when booking.
