Always an amazing experience. More than a massage more like an oasis into serenity. Dont plan anything for 3 or 4 hours later.

I started seeing lalita as a Naturopath after i had completed a kalari intensiqve workshop with her. I ended up falling pregnant after 3 weeks of starting the treatment plan, and lalita soon became the most supportive person through the early stages of my pregnancy. Noqt only for diet and supplementation but also mentally, phycically and spiritually. Going above and beyond, recommending books and meditations and exercises, the list goes on. Lalita has so much wisdom and I loved her unique mix of both traditional aryvdeic and naturpathic science techniques. Because of lalitas blood test requests we found a few anomalies that were caught and rectified before they could become anything of significance. This is not standard practice by the GPs who did not know how to treat my high copper readings. Without lalita the bumps I faced in my early pregnancy would have been far more difficult. I am so grateful for her and will continue to work with lalita for the rest of my pregnancy and post-partum.
