Fitness Trails Station

Not the best fitness trail I've seen, but its better than nothing

It's a great hike with amazing views, however DEFINITELY follow the signs carefully. The direction isn't always intuitive, sometimes it's misleading. Don't try and walk on the road though. The entire trail is pedestrians only so if you find yourself sharing turn back. The equipment along the track is what you'd expect. Mostly too small to be practical except the pullup bars. They were very slippery and rotated but that made for a good workout.
