        Be VERY careful dealing with this property. The Polly Palms refused to refund the $1000 balance of our booking deposit, even-though we cancelled the booking 12 days before the actual cancelation date on the agreed (in writing) terms and conditions! They will try defend this by saying I breached the booking conditions - absolute nonsense, unfortunately the owners are dishonest and opportunistic.

        This house is amazing. The bathrooms have been renovated so beautifully, and the laundry gave me serious laundry envy. Our whole group agreed the beds were amazingly comfortable, and despite not fantastic weather the house was the perfect place for the 9 of us to enjoy. Kelly was a fantastic host whose communication was exemplary. Thank you!
