I would highly recommend Tania and so happy I found her. I have loved my journey with Tania and found it very easy to work with her. She is warm, gentle, extremely supportive and professional. I have worked with a few therapists over my time and by far I gained the most healing while working with Tania, she really is extremely skilled at what she does. Thankyou Tania for everything you do!

When we are growing up our parents tell us to put a jumper on when its cold, so we learn. When its hot they say take off your jacket. When we get sad we get told not to cry, not to worry. One of these situations teaches you something valuable, the other does not. It seems obvious but this is how we learn or dont learn to make small effortless adjustments to improve our current situation. When I did some sessions with Tania she did this for me to address feeling High/Low/Sleepy/Full of Adrenalin. I realised how I felt and she gave me the tools to dispel, change or harness those feelings/energies to suit my requirements. Call it Therapy, Call it managing your energy, call it learning to be more in touch with your emotions and feelings, or just know that Tania is medicine for the soul.
