        Being the clumsy new mom I am, I dropped a glass jar on my daughter's cereal bowl and created a massive crack. Hoping to purchase a replacement bowl, I emailed customer service. Unfortunately, the design was discontinued, however, they offered to replace the bowl with a different design. I received quick and caring communication and the bowl arrived within about a week and a half (no small feat when shipping from Australia to Canada)! I was not expecting such kindness. I think the products are absolutely adorable and very durable (the break I caused was definitely extenuating circumstances). I can't speak highly enough of the customer service, recommend Love Mae to my friends and family, and look forward to my next purchase :)

I had a small issue which was corrected immediately and generously. With kindness and gratitude for my purchase and love of their products and customers. Can't recommend highly enough.

        We absolutely adore our Love Mae products! Excellent quality and value and beautiful designs that stand the test of time. Our little ones love their products. Cups, bowls, plates, cutlery are all designed the perfect size and shape for little hands in mind. The lunch kits are great for school and the larger bowls and high sided plates are a favourite of the adults in the house too! Love that they are all dishwasher safe. Can't say enough about the customer service, it was top notch. Highly recommend both the brand and the company.
