The Byron Bay General Store

The one star is for the nice service, but the coffee was on of the worst Ive ever had. My partner and I ordered 2 iced latte on oat milk. And it was basically an iced long black coffee, which would be okay but the coffee was so bitter and there was just a hint of oat milk. If you think about that we paid an extra fee for oat milk and theres just a tablespoon in it I will never go there again! So disappointed

We visited The General Store for brunch during the ANZAC weekend, as a group of 5. Delightful is the word which comes to my mind to describe the place. All the items are vegan / vegetarian. The focus is surely on simple healthy food, served in a very relaxing atmosphere. They have both outdoor and indoor seating, which was all full when we visited. It is easy to see why the place is popular. The presentation and taste of all the dishes was excellent. The service was prompt and friendly. We will be happy to visit again.

We arrived at the cafe and were greeted by staff, we chose our table and looked at the menu (looked great, however not a great range). We were recommended this cafe and between my girlfriend and i we felt it lacked a good location (on a busy road). The decor and style of the cafe was great, lovely summer vibe - pillows everywhere, cosy, and lovely window seating.
