Undoubtedly the best shopping experience I had while staying in Byron Bay (or quite possibly anywhere, ever). Thank you to the salesperson, who was genuinely excited for my friend and I to try on the items we had picked. It was an experience that has deservingly taken a spot as one of the highlights of my stay. I am officially in love with my new Rowie pieces!

Staff didn't say a word to me at all during my entry and exit. I even tried something on and wasn't offered any help. It was a dress that I couldn't work out how to tie up, had someone helped, I probably would have bought it.

My daughter and I have always adore your clothes. We just went into the Byron store this afternoon (4pm 15/1/20). We were there for 10 minutes. The two staff saw us walking in and looking at the clothes and the whole time they ignored us. They did not look at either my daughter or even acknowledged our presence. Im totally disappointed and appalled by these girls attitude. I have been your customer for quite sometime now and even though I adore your clothes, this just totally put me off. You could easily lose clients from this. Just thought I let you know. Thanks. Happy to discuss further details if need be.
