One star only because is not possible to give zero. AVOID AVOID AVOID Complacent, LAZY, Apathetic, arrogant, unfriendly and unhelpful. Of all the businesses going back against the wall with Covid this is sadly one that remains operational. There is a Sunrise cycles in Ballina that is well worth the drive. The staff at Ballina are amazing. Hoping Sunrise Cycles Byron Bay closes permenantly. All staff there need a wake up call.

Long waiting time for services, not resourceful in fix problems no pro activity in help the customers

2 stars because while this shop provides a lot of necessities, I think the customer service is very lacking. I spent $100 in there and they were going to charge me $15 to put the basket I bought on my bike. Also, I purchased a light for my bike and I asked the person who helped me if I could return it if I changed my mind and she said sure! I then go back to return it (as Im walking in the main guy just looks at me with a friend. No hello or welcome. As if Im inconveniencing him) and it turns out they only do store credit. The guys helping me want being very understanding of my being told differently and while he did eventually give me a refund, he agreed very upset about it. Like it was my fault. I was very polite and wasnt rude about it, I simply asked.
