Baby HQ

DO NOT USE !!! DO NOT USE !!!! SCAMMMMM!!! Service is ridiculously POOR. Both expensive baby items I had ordered were not delivered. They sent it with couriers who apparently delivered but didn't obtain a SIGNATURE! I spent over $800 and baby HQ were not helpful in resolution one bit!! As a first time expectant mother it was very stressful dealing with them & bearing the financial burden of PAYING for items I did not receive. Currently trying to recover lost funds & have made a complaint to ombudsman also. Save yourself the hassell & shop direct in store. AVOID BABY HQ AT ALL COST. will NEVER shop here again & wouldn't recommend this store to anyone

The best customer service Ive ever come across! Courtney was the direct form of contact, she was charismatic, accomodating and a delightful representative, I had purchased a baby walker from baby HQ, unfortunately it did not work, I let baby HQ know and they were quick to resolve the issue and send out another item immediately! To all parents- Do not hesitate to buy from this company! They are truly amazing! 5 stars!

Do not purchase from this business, the delivery company they use is disgusting and you will not receive your item (worth $500) and also this company wont respond to you. Will never shop again

I purchased some baby baths for friends baby showers at the end of November. While they never arrived to me due to the courier company not fulfilling their obligations, the staff at Baby HQ responded to all of my queries and kept me up to date with the situation. They happily refunded my money when the baths did not arrive and could not have been more helpful. While I no longer need the products I ordered, I would not hesitate to buy from this company again in the future!
