Paul has been our architect for many years undertaking personal and commercial developments. His studio Oceanarc Architects has delivered for us ; unique, appropriate, inspired and award winning work, all of which have added value and enriched our lives and the many people we deal with. We have enjoyed working collaboratively with Paul, he is articulate and attentive to detail and surprising in his creative solutions. Case in point: The Villas of Byron project. Overriding request: From outset, guests to have tangible visible impact, a unique experience. Delivered: "WOW" factor supreme. Entry into main Villas always draws a deep breath of sensory delight.

Tracey and I wanted a home that was a little different / unique so we decided to use a professional to design our home. After a rather exhausting process of interviewing each of the architects we settled on Paul Jones from OCEANARC. We were impressed by how he listened to what we were looking for and was able to seamlessly translate that into a proposal that was both exciting and practical. The practical ideas that Paul and his team were able to bring to the build added a level of style and simplicity that we were extremely happy with. The land that we purchased was quite steep and presented many challenges, however with all challenges put forward to Paul, each and every problem was resolved in a style that suited the build and in the most cost effective manner. We have been in the house nearly 5 years and looking back the experience that we had with Paul was at all times professional, but Paul brought more than just professionalism, understanding someone elses requirements is not easy and then translating them to paper and eventually a house is an art, one in which Paul excel s.
