Blender was leaking from between lid and jug after first use. omniblend asked for photos of the jug etc. sent them photos and a video of it leaking and got no reply for weeks. called them up and they refuse to give a refund and was hung up on. awful customer service and poor product. save your money and get a blender from Kmart.

I have ordered spare tampers a couple of times and customer service has been very efficient with part delivered very quickly. Great machine at a great price!

Absolutely disgusting customer service, doesn't answer the phone and when you leave a voice mail no one would return your call. Blenders are not really good either. i would suggest buying Blenders from elsewhere.
