Katie was amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable. She has fabulous interpersonal skills and made the day interesting, fun and interactive. I was the only attendant completely new to First Aid and CPR in the class, so initially I was nervous, but not for long! I left the class 100% confident I could apply everything Id learned in a real life situation. Such a great trainer - I loved Katies use of real life examples and the way she made us see that a lot of first aid is common sense. I really enjoyed the course which totally surprised me! Thank you Katie!

It was one of the most comprehensive and insightful first aid courses I have ever done. The trainer Katie brought her wealth of knowledge and experience and made everything so easy to understand and gave some simple essential tools to take home. I thoroughly enjoyed the training and it didn't feel like you just have to but something interesting things you are learning. I would recommend anyone who wants to make the training worth to attend.
