        I called with her who looks like a part-time clerk at around 1:30 PM today, and it was very ludicrous. She doesn't have any service mindset. Here is my favorite store, but the customer service is disappointing.

        Honestly the quality of the clothing has really gone downhill!! I love Forcast and was a regular before they started shutting down all their stores! I bought a dress for work 2 weeks ago and I've worn it twice and the zipper is busted! It was that flimsy seriously and I thought to take it back but it's such a hassle now getting back there and finding a store close to me! All that aside quality of clothing is now really disappointing and poor materials used!

        Now that the Forcast in the city CBD has closed. I now head over to Forecast Burwood. It's a bit of a trip for me living in the city, however I can always find what I'm looking for and the sales assistants are always friendly and polite. for me. Thank you!
