        Poor service with courses and certificates. No one answers the phone and when they do they hang up. I need a paper to start working and I have no answers from them. Seriously, this school is a joke.

        Poor service provided by the staff. No one answers the phone calls, just want money for every single document you ask for. Took so long to issue the certificate even after the course is finished. Really disappointed.

        I'm not happy with the service that's being provided recently. It was way more good and response were effective by Anna and Jessie. It's annoying for not getting response even when sent mail or by dialling number.
