Professor Van Gelder was 100% accurate in his diagnosis of my injury. I had surgery in January 2023 and just had my final follow up with him. Not like other Surgeon's he is down to earth with a great bedside manner and is a very caring and diligent surgeon. I can highly Recommend him and his team. Excellent service and patient care. In 2015 I use to go with my older brother to translate he had neck problems and the professor was treating him he got much better and was very happy with the professor then it happens for me to have bad luck 2020 I was in a car accident broke my spine my neck needed surgery and other things then I went to see professor James he said I need surgery to my neck to help my hand and leg from super bad pain , hes team called my insurance to get my surgery approved but (insurance) I dont need to tell you how bad they are , that didnt go well the insurance didnt approve then the professor said dont worry Ill put you on public and he did , I was very scared to do the surgery anyway it was done and now I am very much better my hand works again. Now hes helping with my lower back and I am full confidence to do anything. The doctor says. Highly recommend this dr be come a professor for a reason. People complaining about waiting you wait because the dr spends time on hes patients.
