        It has taken us 7 months to transfer money from this fund. We had 3 attempts (and numerous phone calls) and each time were told we had used a wrong address - so we'd try again using residential instead of PO Box as they required....still no success. Finally resolved after getting ombudsman involved. Further response: definitely ACSRF and we've had your 'apology' and transfer - but only after ombudsman intervention.
