        Help yourself to whatever you want in a large plastic bowl. Choose what soup base you like. The contents gets weighed then they take it away to cook it. They will buzz you when it's ready. Love the flavour of Malatang as a soup base. If your a chilli lover you can have as much chilli as you can take added at the end. It's quick and tasty. Sometimes very busy so get there early.
