Kid-friendliness: The Chef's Wife Bistro is separated from the Royal Sheaf Hotel bar area by a door. Don't expect toys or a play area. The kids menu is quite broad and kids would enjoy plenty of the other menu items, too. Parking: Always plenty of parking in the car park accessible from both Liverpool Road and Burwood Road. Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance through the Royal Sheaf Hotel is wheelchair-accessible.

Ordered food from here whilst sitting in the bar next door a few times. The food is very good. I recommend the lamb chops, steak, pork ribs. Any one of them are fantastic, the chips are good too. If you order the fried ice cream, be sure to share it between 3 or 4 people, as theres a lot. Also the ice cream inside is very hard.
