Scam and unprofessional I ordered chicken bites and mozzarella sticks, waited out side the store with no seating for 30 minutes when my order was done they said they ran out of mozzarella sticks and gave me chips instead. At no point did they notify me that they had run out of mozzarella sticks to see if I wanted to change my order or get a refund and I definitely didnt want to be paying $10 for chips and I noticed they were telling other customers they had run out of their orders items and just gave them chips instead, so they were knowingly selling items that were out of stock or just didnt feel like cooking as this continued happening while waiting in line when other customers got their food not before they did or when ordering. When I asked for a refund I got attitude from the cashier, the only person working by the way, under staffed and untrained They also dipped the bag containing my food in some sort of grease that ended up getting on my clothes which ruined my shirt. Also had run out of all sauces Over all the worst experience. Hot star in the city near town hall is so much better with a wider range of food options and the only reason I tried this place in burwood is because how good the store in the city is.
