the most **** strata in australia. dont bother to do any enquiry with them. they will never do a task/job/request even the simplest one. i wonder why buildings still using their service and not change it?

THE WORST STRATA MANGERS YET, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, THE JUST TAKE MONEY AND DO NOTHIB.. THEY DONT RESPOND TO YOUR COMPLAINTS AND QUERIES.. THEY HAVE BUILDING MANAGERS THAT ARE ALSO UNPROFESSIONAL. ALL THE PEOPLE THEY ENGAGE WITH ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT ENGAGE THEM TO DO YOUR STRATA MANAGEMENT.

This strata company doesn't know how to do a proper accounting job. They charge me the interest caused by its negligence of accounting practice. I agree to bear part of the interest which I should responsible for but they keep repeating the same sentence through out our conversation instead of solving the problem. I don't think they are willing to solve the issue but to push the responsibility away. From my opinion, they ONLY do what they must do, but don't know how to perform proper accounting jobs. They also don't care about if it's make sense, don't care about the out come.

i live in Ramsgate park which is managed by this company. my boat was vandalized by this company with several stickers placed all over the boat. in removing these stickers it has damaged and lifted the paint. I emailed peter about this and his response was you broke the by laws tough luck. since when is ok to vandalise and deface peoples property. he did not even consult the members of the committee for approval. these guys are cow boys and I have had to now file a police report and lodge a claim through insurance all they have down now is cost the owners more money.
