Absolutely horrendous.
Few things were broken in our apartment and it took 1.5 years to get it fixed and it took almost literally a phone call every day to ask for a repairs person to come over, then after 2 months of asking Danny came himself with some glue to fix a broken tap in the kitchen like are you kidding me???.
Then when a repairs person finally came he was only available on Sundays and evening which is stupid.
Customer service is zero, River and Danny are both rude, never answer their phone or reply to emails and just don't care about you after you've moved in.
The amount of frustration this agency has caused me and my partner is ridiculous.
I don't recommend you to anyone.
