        When I moved out, their worker Anna gave me a number saying this was their reference cleaner and they do a good job. The cleaner she provided charged a bit higher than the market but I pay him anyways because I got his number from my agent so I believed in him. After I moved out, Anna told me that the cleaner did a very bad job, and that she couldn't get in touch with the cleaner (whose number I got from her), so she had to charge me extra 300+ from my bond for a one bedroom cleaning. She's very rude when replying email and told me the cleaner we hired was from a different company. She copied his business card to prove that (somehow she was able to get in touch with him after she charged me extra cleaning fee). I don't know how many companies the cleaner own but the number was provided by her.
