Booked in for an inspection for 20/05 at 9:30-9:45am after already applying for a property online and even offering to pay up to 4 weeks advanced in rent as we really liked the look of it. Showed up for it, no one showed up so we called the number we found advertised and got told go home and hung up straight away.

They are not responsive. For any enquiry it takes ages to receive any kind of answer. There are a thousand of real states in Sydney, just dont go with them. They even unable to count the weeks.

Ive placed 3 applications on a rental property but no response. One month and a large amount of correspondence from myself and still no response? I would not recommend this company.

Rented a property through Maison for 6 months, it was my first time renting and it was overall a good experience. Lisa (property manager) and Andrew (sales manager) are kind and helpful. The reason I gave a 4, not a 5-star rating is because it always takes a quite a long time for them to reply to emails and I need to follow up more than once. Otherwise, all is well. For example, I had a problem with one of my door knobs during the rental period but they fixed it free of charge :) Thank you Maison Team, all the best!
