You know who needs to stop working the registers/tills? Christine does. Literally every time I visit she is so slow, doesn't know what's going on, asks mind numbing questions further slowing her down, has to be prompted multiple times on things like payment method and she still keys in the wrong one. I actively avoid going to this CWH because of her specifically.

Unfriendliness from the staff, no help or consideration. Ridiculous policy on purchasing one panadol for children per customer, given i work in a child care with over 100 kids per week. No exception made or consideration given. You have to listen to people and try to make exceptions when needed, and offer help, and be friendly. I was in Melbourne last week and they had no restrictions on panadol.

Rude staff! Especially the lady looks Indian . I was looking at the Lashes at the back of your aisle and She walk behind me and didnt even say Excuse me at all as she walk to the door next to it. She think she own the store. Very rude !! She then come out did the same and look at me head to toe as if Im going to steal or something!! The front cashier people are just gossiping too!! Pls fix your staff and do some more customer service training!! Worst service !! Please teach your staff a good manner !
