Emerald Square Car Park

Horrible. Good luck finding a spot on a Saturday night- wasted twenty minutes of my time. So many cars stopped on the side of the lanes with their blinkers on just waiting for a free spot to open up. No idea how long they've spent there but some were still waiting when I left.

Went to Royal Treasure Emerald Square Burwood with 1.5 hours free parking on Level B3. 1st things first - Get there either just before they open otherwise definitely before 11 a.m. on a Saturday. From 11.30a.m. it gets very busy so expect to wait outside. I'll mention this a few times that you will need to factor this in as you may get caught out staying a little over 1.5 hours. Just 2 of us having yum cha. We arrived at 11.20am and waited about 20 minutes before being called in to be seated. Make a note of this when using the parking as if you stay over the free 1.5 hours limit you will be charged. It's not much but still worth noting this so you are not caught out and then having to pay. The parking is underneath the building with access from Wynne Avenue, Burwood. There are elevators that take to you up to level B2, Level B1, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 of the centre. Emerald Square Level B3 Parking Costs To get to Level B3 just follow the signs the the boom gate and then get a ticket. Not the cheapest parking around. 1.5 hours free then charges. Access is via a lift which some people hate as it's not super covid safe, crowded and takes ages during peak hour (which is most of the day).
