Inner West Specialist Oral Surgeons

I wrote a negative review of the receptionist earlier because I was not happy with the service I was receiving. To my surprise she followed up on my review, apologised and asked how she could have done better. I find this very admirable as it is difficult to face up to criticism let alone try to learn from it. I have also had very pleasant dealings with Dr Mark Irving and find this organisation to be very professional.

I had Removed wisdom teeth from Dr Mark Irving and honestly surgeon is good and I have no issues with him, was easy surgery but the one star is for customer service. My surgery date was messed up by receptionist and I got to know only 4 days after booking was confirmed and I had already applied annual leave, then I had to call everyday cause we had to wait for hospitals call and I do understand its not up to receptionist but when i called the third day the receptionist informed the date was available which she did not care to inform me before I enquired. Even for the payment she forgot to forward me the details and phone is rarely answered. I had to check with the doctor on day of surgery and paid afterwards. Yes, they do check on you once after surgery but there is no way you can reach them if you have questions after that, the phone was not answered from 20th. If you are in rush or in pain and need a good customer service with my personal experience I would not recommend this place.
