Would give zero stars if possible. I booked a bike to hire (Bullet) through the online booking system as I was looking to buy one. When I arrived to pick it up they went to give me another bike. When I explained my situation I was given an ultimatum. I asked for my money back which they refused. The lady with the american accent had appalling customer service skills and a real chip on her shoulder. Cost me $300 and cost them the sale of a bike. Absolutely terrible experience and am still disappointed about it to this day.
