        Ordered a part from these Guys, called up to see if it was available. It was and it arrived the next day. Very good service and excellent product.

        Would give zero stars if possible. I booked a bike to hire (Bullet) through the online booking system as I was looking to buy one. When I arrived to pick it up they went to give me another bike. When I explained my situation I was given an ultimatum. I asked for my money back which they refused. The lady with the american accent had appalling customer service skills and a real chip on her shoulder. Cost me $300 and cost them the sale of a bike. Absolutely terrible experience and am still disappointed about it to this day.
