I still think back to my experience in renting from this agency from 2018-2020 for the apartment at 21 Bay Dr Meadowbank. Awful experience and tried to accuse us of a laundry list of damages. Many of which were already in the original inspection report. If thats not incompetence I dont know what is? In the end we paid for repairs to a small chip in the kitchen bench, which is fine its our fault. But you blamed us for many other things. Unbelievable. As a property investor with my own property in SA, I cannot recommend this agency to manage your property successfully. Stay away.

Echo helped me sold my unit recently. As the market is not in good shape at the moment. Understand the agent need put extra effort to communicate for both side. We're really appreciate the professional and supportive service from Echo. Easy to communicate and solid knowledge about the real estate market. Definitely recommend to everyone!

The property manager James is not very across the legislations, this caused delay (over 3 months) in bond refund and probably incorrect advice and cost to the landlord. NCAT member highlighted errors in documents produced by CG Realty as well as incorrect paperwork being submitted. NCAT ordered full bond refund to the tenant. Hopefully James will get further training.
