Middleton Gardiner recently handled the conveyancing for the sale of our previous house and purchase of our current house. The transaction was somewhat complicated with simultaneous settlements, issues with changing finance part way through the process and queries regarding building certificates. Carolyn handled the process very professionally and we extremely responsive and helpful.
