My own experience with 1300 apprentice was amazing, great staff especially Nick and Bill they have made the process easy and they have made this comfortable for me to complete.

Waste of time, poor communication, lack of effort, after being told there were no apprenticeships in my area at all I went on my own to apply for multiple that were easily avaliable in my area and i'm now working with a reputable company, I wish I started by looking myself instead of wasting months trusting 1300 apprentice to 'help me with it' Edit. In response to your reply, I did reply to all emails, when sent the three jobs I replied within an hour, I was told he would contact me the next day to follow up, never got contacted, I sent a total of three emails with no reply for months for which i sent proof and told I must not have because it would have gone through, no apology or ownership of their mistake. I replied to the same email to follow up months later, the same way I did for the other three emails that were previously ignored or apparently lost. You claim no responsibility for faults and made no effort to keep me updated, I had to ask for followups every time I wanted to know what was going on every time i was told he'd get back to me he never did. I'm mainly confused as to how I was told there were absolutely no apprenticeships in my entire area yet I easily found and applied for many once I gave up trusting this company. Again, a waste of time and effort

Completed my electrical apprenticeship through 1300 apprentice. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a trade as the team from 1300 apprentice made the process smooth and easy.

I had undertaken a school-based-traineeship with 1300apprentice in 2021&2022. I'm giving this a 3 out of 5 because my first and a couple of months in the next year I did the traineeship with a banking company and they weren't as nice. They didn't let me do bank cheques, deposits, withdrawals like the easy stuff a trainee should do instead they had me be a navigator (without foot breaks) standing 6.5 hours when i didn't rest for my break. I tried to escalate it with my mentor from 1300 but when they would talk to the manager it is like it went out of the other ear. The only time I could ever do anything properly was when my mentor from 1300 would come. Even though I had mental health issues before this experience it gave me more triggers. After the mistreatment and nothing escalating to HR. I stopped showing up and it took 1300 three months to listen to my needs and transferred me to a different organization all together. But 1300 also said that they could've just cancelled my traineeship altogether but they didn't. The last few months of 2022 they transferred me finally to a different company altogether who are the most amazing people to ever work for they allowed me to do what trainees are supposed to do. In addition my experience at 1300 is that in my opinion try it out but if you need to stop it, stop it don't be pressured like I have and make it cause triggers for your mental health.
