Novo Shoes Burwood

Last week i purchased 2 pairs of boots from novo Burwood. As i wear a 7.5 size - i decided to go with the size 7 as the fit was good. However when i got home and tried them on. I Went in to exchange a pair of shoes i never wore. Just wanted to change the size.The shoes provided to me were already damaged. Staff unable to change shoes for a different size. Decided to change change one set as they had the size but that shoe was also damaged. Asked for a gift care but wanted to give me for a cheap promotional sale item. The black pair i purchased was $94.95 and they wanted to give me a gift voucher for $47.48 which doesnt make sense. Not happy with the services of Novo Burwood. Accusing a customer of damaging shoes that was never worn and then exchanging another pair that pair that was in a condition to another pair that was damaged is not right nor fair. Customers before purchasing with the please check the sole of the shoes as they may be damaged before purchase. Never coming back to any novo shoe store again

I am really disappointed in my experience in this store. The 'customer service's I received is so disrespectful from the Asian girl with a ponytail who wears a face mask. I've bought quite a few pairs of shoes at Novo over the last two years I also work in hosting and hospitality and I do promo work so I often go out to parties and dress up. The Asian girl laughs at me everytime I come into the store when I say hello, her response is to laugh at me? I'm just really fed up and feel so disrespected. The last time I went in she laughed at me again I try to shrug it off but she's just really rude. I've spent a lot of money in your store I won't ever buy another pair of shoes from you and I will be making a complaint.

Rubbish customer service we went there today no customers were in shop..,assistant was so rude I was talking to her she didn't reply no smile on face I called her twice but she was busy in singing song which she was playingin her shop ...,will never go back again .
