Absolutely horrendous service Had my mates wedding, he ordered suits for himself and his groomsmen 1. They get there and no one knows who they are regardless of them being there and ordering suits prior 2. Suits were then requested to be tailored, and confirmed that they have been tailored. Only on the wedding day to find out that the suit was untouched, too large for the groom and too late to do anything about it. 3. The groomsmens suits were also untouched (regardless of staying there over a week to apparently get tailored) 4. Staff were so clueless and had no idea when suits were ready, who they were tailoring for etc. I'd actually appreciate this being followed up, as the groom is extremely saddened by what has happened .

Good staff - poor quality material at premium prices. Recently bought two pairs of pants which retail for $140ea. That price point gave me the expectation that I would be receiving items of quality somewhere between Uniqlo or H&M ($60) and custom-made ($250-300). In store these seemed ok, however with one day's use it was clear these are low quality and I'm very disappointed with my purchase. Specifically, the fabric quality is low. The black pants pick up every piece of dust or grit you come into contact with. I have had this issue once before with very cheap pants I bought years ago, and I believe indicates a low quality fabric is used. Related to this, both pants shrunk considerably after washing, and completely changed the fit from regular/classic fit to skinny/tights fit, which I was actively avoiding. This also indicates low quality fabric, because shrinkage should not be this dramatic, even for non pre-shrunk cotton. The shape of the pants in store was good, which would indicate that their supplier can cut and manufacture well, which reinforces that specifically the material is low quality. Given that MJ Bale presents itself as a premium option for formalwear, I think these products (McQueen pants) are terrible at this price point, and I would recommend avoiding. For reference I've been happier with the quality of $50 Uniqlo pants - for $140 these need to be better: shouldn't shrink, should not dirty so easily, colours should not fade significantly over time, should not be "cold wash only" for cotton - ridiculous.
