        Great customer service! Staff are great! Good pricing. George is excellent! He definitely knows his stuff. He helped put together a fit for my partner for a wedding we have coming up and I could not recommend giving YD Burwood a go! Thanks Guys!

        Bought a belt 2 months ago. I didn't wear it until a month after I bought it. I can count the number of times I wore it on one hand and it's already splitting. Horrible quality. Belt was $54.99. Never heard good things about them but thought I'd give it a chance since I was only after a belt. What a mistake. I took it back to the store and the sales assistant blew me off with a I don't care attitude and told me to contact head office because "Im not going to deal with this on a black friday" and yet their store was basically empty. No wonder their business is dying. Pic of the store's taken on black friday. It's completely empty. My advice to anyone who has similar experiences with YD is to contact the ACCC or fair trading. They're both government agencies that exist to enforce consumer rights. Below are pic of the belt, receipt, and store Update: pic of receipt is removed. Im not sure who did it Update: sent a message to the contact us form on the YD website and got a call from the area manager and was quickly resolved but the 1 star will remain.
