Good customer service is hard to come by these days but after meeting Ellie and Rozeen today I was quite amazed by the customer service they provided. Upon arrival I was greeted with genuine smiles and they were actually interested in helping me out unlike most. They were extremely supportive throughout the shop which made for such a smooth process. Just to top it off, both ladies were very personable with such great energy which was so welcoming. I will most definitely be going back to shop there and its safe to say you dont need to shop anywhere else for suits and shirts, highly recommend you visit Ellie and Rozeen and they wont disappoint.

I walked into Tarocash quite frazzled and confused after night shift, and left extremely pleased with a perfect suit thanks to Ellie. Ellie was incredibly welcoming, and provided spectacular assistance and knew exactly the style and fit I was after, and was incredibly friendly and kind. Ellie also fast tracked the tailoring as I needed the suit for the next day and everything was on time with regular updates. Thanks for the great help!
