        Have been here twice and staff have been either pretty closed off or rude. I was browsing and looking for my size one time and a male staff worker weirdly comments ooo so focused in the weirdest way, was kind of confused as to why he felt that was a good idea. Second time i went in with an enquiry and the girl working had a judgemental vibe, ive felt this is very common w general pants workers Overall staff could be a lot more nicer and helpful.

        Not sure whats happened to the regular staff but shop has gone downhill as of late. I work in the centre and shop frequently there. Went in on Tuesday last week and the girls working had no clue about customer service and were beyond rude. To busy singing and dancing and chatting with each other

        had a very good experience while shopping for some jeans yesterday at General pants, the tall guy with coloured hair, forgot his name helped me out with right info. was very patient and very helpful with giving a great customer service and above all just giving customer the right info and service with a smile. will definitely come back to shop again. Thank mate once again for making my shopping exp. nice and pleasant.
