I honestly had a very satisfying experience here. I was going in looking for something for mums bday but wasnt exactly sure on what. I was approached in a welcoming manner by jennifer (i think that was her name - perhaps jenny?) and she made my overall customer experience very pleasant. I ended up finding the perfect necklace which mum loved and honestly planning to go back. Despite jen not knowing the answer to one question (granted that it was about my own mums preference) I was overall quite satisfied with the experience!

Visit today to collect the online order from store and the watch dial was bit dirty told her to wipe and she gave me a horrible look and ask for a gift bag and she was like no we don't have it after giving bag not even bother to say thank you. I took the chance and said thank you but no response at all. She need to work on her customer skills.

Visited Swarovski Burwood to pick up a birthday gift and I couldn't be happier. I was looked after by Jennifer who was a wonderful member of staff. She was delightfully helpful and polite who made me feel very welcome and provided me with many purchase options. What a lovely shopping experience.
