Terrible shopping experience. I was in the store for approximately 20 mins. At no point I was approached to see if I needed any assistance. When I selected a necklace the two ladies behind the counter continued talking amongst themselves not even acknowledging me at all. The conversation didn't seem that important. Also the value for money for the jewellery is not what it used to be. They items are overpriced for what they are. I wouldn't recommend this shop at all.

A disorganised mess (6.5 WEEKS OF WAITING JUST TO GET A REFUND) Ordered earrings and necklace online to click and collect from this store. (Estimated time of arrival was a week later) I visited the burwood store the following week as i needed those items for my event. They suggested I buy the necklace which they had in store and return the click and collect order once it had arrived. THE STAFF AT BURWOOD ASSURED ME I WOULD BE NOTIFIED STRAIGHT AWAY WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVED IN STORE. I contacted their customer support after a week and they told me that the estimated time of arrival was inaccurate and there were delays. I contacted their customer support again the 3rd WEEK and they just told me to wait. I contacted them again on the 5th WEEK since my purchase online and it seemed like they FINALLY realised that there was a problem. It turns out that the order was already in store but due to a "technical error" I had not received a message. By the 5th week I was already exhausted from waiting and busy with work. But, I had read Lovisas return policy IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP YOUR ORDER AFTER 14 DAYS IT WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED. And the wait continued, but clearly I wasn't aware of the disorganised mess Lovisa was (and that as long as they had the money they wouldn't care about things like a refund) So on the 16TH DAY SINCE MY ORDER WAS READY YO BE COLLECTED, I went there IN PERSON to get a refund. But the only staff working in that store was in training and when I tried to get a refund she kept telling me she wasn't able to do anything and that I SHOULD GET MY REFUND ONLINE. She continued to insist I take the parcel and figure things out on my own. I KNEW she didnt have the ability to do my refund but I had HOPED she made a HELPFUL suggestion like coming back later when a more experienced staff would be in store. And that is exactly what I told her I would be doing. Overall, it took me an exhausting 6.5 WEEKS OF WAITING and a bumpy, not-so-great instore refund experience.

Very unfriendly shop assistant, terrible experience. I wasnt even allowed to put the earrings next to my face to see how they look on me, siting hygiene reasons. Really? I wasnt trying them on! When I asked whether she has photo showing what the the pieces look on people. I was told no and just buy them then youll know.

Google said this shop in Burwood is open at 9am. It is now 9:19am and NO ONE IS THERE. How professional is this place to not be there or even leave a sign advising of when you'll be open. Very poor customer experience for girls needing an urgent purchase for an event on the same day and trying to time around hair appointments.
